One of the most important element in Bills of exchange and promissory note is to calculate the due date of payment. There are 4 concepts linked for calculation of due date of payment
1. What should be the starting date from which due date of payment is to be calculated.
2. How to deal with different scenarios for calculation of due date of payment. For example, what to do if the due date falls on public holiday or there is an emergency holiday declared on due date, etc.
3. How to add the term of bills of exchange to the starting date for calculation of due date.
4. What is the concept of "Days of grace" and why it is added to due date of payment.
