ABB Aurora inverter fault code E031 fix / repair

A way of repairing an Aurora inverter with a E031 fault code. It means that the relays are not working correctly, see the investigation and finally finding the fault, what caused the fault is debatable as I do not know how big a system this inverter was connected to, and if it went through a regular over volts situation where it would disconnect under full DC load.
