Hi my angels! This video idea has been something that’s been on my mind and I finally got the guts to film it. My anxiety ride has been a long one and to be honest with you, I’m thankful for the journey of it. If it wasn’t for that chapter of my life, I would not have learned healthier habits, how to self-soothe, or how to survive some of the hardest chapters of my life that I experienced later on. The answers in this video aren’t a one-size fit all which I completely acknowledge! There’s also SO MUCH more to it but I did not want the video to be incredibly long which is why I only made a few points.
