New 2023 Leapmotor C01 in-depth Walkaround

The Leapmotor C01 is a battery-electric compact executive sedan produced by a Chinese automaker, Leapmotor. It features the brand's updated design language and is the second model to showcase it.

The vehicle is powered by a pure electric 544 horsepower motor that provides a cruising range of 630 kilometers. The C01 has a fast-charging time of 0.67 hours and a slow-charging time of 8 hours. It has a maximum power output of 400 (544 Ps) and a maximum torque of 720 N·m. The C01 measures 5050x1902x1509 and has a 4-door, 5-seat three-box car body structure with a top speed of 180.

With a power consumption rate of 16.5 kWh/100km, the C01 uses a ternary lithium battery and uses a twin-motor 4WD drive mode. It has an electric 4WD 4-wheel-drive system, double wishbone independent suspension in the front, and a multi-link independent suspension in the rear. The C01 has 245/40 R20 front and rear tire types, and an electronic parking brake. The vehicle is designed with a left-hand steering wheel.
