Man 1: Sarge. Sir, bandit recon missed their check in. It was two hours ago.
Captain: Hey Hooper, your friends tell me you're not eating. You got a kid sister back on Vector, right?
Hooper: Wait, how would you know that?
Captain: I've been in touch with Earth Command the past few months, you know that. Traded some favors. S friend of mine snuck through personal messages from home. Remember why you're here and I promise I'll get you back. Deal?
Captain: Make sure he eats.
Sev: Captain Norval . . .
Captain: Sargent, tell me something good. What's the news on the evacuation transports from Earth?
Sev: Bandit recon is gone. We lost the radio uplink with Earth Command.
Captain: Tell me it's not the Helghast.
Man 1: If it is, they're using some kind of new com signal. We're not picking up anything. Not them, not Earth.
Sev: They're going to find us, it's just a matter of time. We've got to keep moving.
Captain: Listen, we stay put until Earth fleet arrives. Like you said, "It's only a matter of time." Until then, get that radio uplink working. Go on.
Captain: Sev, you know that up link is our only chance to get out of here.
Sev: Yes sir, I know.
Sev: Something's not right, it's really quiet.
Man 1: Do you feel that? It's . . . I don't know.
Sev: This plant though, watch what happens when you shoot it. Which is handy is someone's standing next to it.
Man 1: Damn, Helghan spiders.
Sev: Yeah, I'm going to have nightmares about that, thanks.
Man 1: Shh-shh. There's something up ahead.
Man 1: You hear that?
Sev: Look!
Sev: No, look, look. There are too many.
Sev: Now we know what happened to the recon team.
Sev: I don't think they can see us here in the dark. I'll take the guy on the left. You get the guy on the right
Man 1: Sarge, knife him.
Sev: Good job.
Sev: There's a guy on the ledge. Shoot him in the head. This is bad, I think I better warn the captain.
Sev: Someone's coming, hide in the grass. Wait until he's close. Take him. Let's go.
Sev: Two more up ahead.
Sev: Stick to the shadows.
Man 2: Too many life signs, I can't lock on.
Man 3: Come on, let's move back.
Sev: We can't get through with them around. Remember what I told you about standing too close to a Burster. Whatever you do, do it fast. Nice, follow me.
Sev: Captain Norval?
Captain: Go ahead Kowalski.
Sev: Sir, the Helghast are here. The patrols are pretty small but they're definitely looking for us.
Captain: Understood. Stay on mission.
Sev: Listen. I hear troop carriers.
Man 1: Sarge, I'm getting a bad feeling about this.
Sev: We've got no chance if these carriers see us. Better stop [inaudible 05:49]
Man 4: Troop [inaudible 05:54] follow your lines.
Sev: Okay, come on, let's go. You take this one. You hit him anywhere but the head, he's going to call for help.
Sev: Heads up, two more heading your way. There's another patrol over there, you see em? Okay, there's one on the bridge and two down below. So far so good.
Man 1: It's not much further, Sarge.
Sev: The up-link is just ahead.
