In this video we are going to make keto baked pumpkin. This is one of my favourite keto recipes. This is a fantastic healthy keto snack! Fantastic for keto Thanksgiving and keto Christmas!

Ingredients:
1 Pumpkin
Keto sweetener like xylitol or monkfruit (http://geni.us/monkfruit)

-Preheat your oven to 200 C / 392 F and get an apron as this keto pumkin can get messy.
-Slice up your keto pumpkin
-Take out the insides of the pumpkin. You can leave a little bit of hair if you want.
-Place the pumpkins on the tray with a baking sheet.
-Bake them in the oven for 2-3 hours until they become soft as butter. (Mine got done a lot faster somehow so just be aware.)
-Finally take them out of the oven and sprinkle a little xylitol or monkfruit tor other keto sweetener on the top a little bit. We love this monkfruit: http://geni.us/monkfruit
-Put them back in the oven for 5-10 min to make it sweet and crunchy. This will not affect your insulin or blood sugar levels (If you use good keto sweeteners)
-You are now done and ready to serve the pumpkins. Enjoy your meal.
