Concrete piles and rods for a garden room

Hi, its the new year and we are well underway now!
In this video we concrete in the rods on the old garage base, because this is a commercial build for us we cannot guarantee the existing pad so we create holes and form our pile system, this then ties in with the existing pad to form a solid base. We have also shuttered up for the soil pipes to prevent any pressure on them.
We are starting another build in a more normal plot and we show setting out and the final hole placement ready for the concrete tomorrow assuming we can get it due to new Covid restrictions just placed on the country.
