This video is mainly about first class international shipping (under 4lbs) here is some information about international priority mail. I didn’t find anything cheaper for priority mail shipping, however if you are shipping something internationally that weighs over 4lbs I recommend to still use pirate ship and see what option is cheapest for you (you can also compare against flat rate shipping such as a padded flat rate envelope or medium flat right box) however priority is going to be very pricey regardless of what you use:
