Fermented Cassava Cake

Ingredient
Ingredient A (Sifted)
* 160 gr Cake Flour,
^^ (If mixed with powdered milk, the amount of flour can be reduced by 15 grams, then add 15 Powdered Milk);
* 30 gr or about 2 tablespoons Cornstarch.
Ingredient B (Coarsely Mashed)
* 180 gr Fermented Cassava, good quality one;
* 3 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk,
^^ replaceable with 30 ml of ready-to-use Condensed Coconut Milk.
Ingredient C (Heated Melt)
* 100 gr Butter or Margarine.
Ingredient D
* 3 large eggs;
* 130 gr or about 9 tablespoons Sugar;
* 10 gr or about 1 tsp of Cake Emulsifier;
* ½ tsp Baking Powder, optional;
* 1 tsp Vanilla paste.
Toppings
* 30 gr Grated Cheese;
* 15 gr Raisins;
* 15 gr Almond Slice, suit your taste;
Ingredient for the Carlo Spread
* 1 tbsp Cooking Oil;
* 1 tbsp Margarine;
* 1 tbsp Flour.
Mix them well, spread thinly over the entire surface of the pan, set aside. Carlo's leftovers can be stored in the fridge for later use.
