Churro is a type of sweet which is made from fried dough and has its origin from Spain and Portugal. It is very easy to make with few ingredients and is very popular dish. It can be had either as a Breakfast or during Lunch/Dinner while dipping it in chocolate sauce with coffee on the side.

Granulated Sugar - 4 Tbsp
Cinnamon Stick - small piece

Chocolate Sauce -
Dark Chocolate - 3/4th Cup/ 100 Grams
Thick Malai or Heavy Cream - Half Cup

Churros -
Salted Butter - 2 Tbsp
Granulated Sugar - 1 Tbsp
All Purpose Flour/ Maida - 1 Cup/ 130 Grams
Eggs - 3
Vanilla Essence - few drops
Milk - 1/4Th Cup
*Oil for frying
