New Modern Upcountry Thai Village $73,000 Scenic Views

We were searching for a golf course when we happened upon a new housing development, The Miracle Plus.  They started selling detached homes on single blocks of land in this village about 2 years ago and have just begun building the homes in stage 2.

We had already fallen in love with the Province of Ratchaburi and now we’re in love with this new village.  The village is situated very close to Panurangsi Golf Club.  The course isn’t of the highest standard, however it’s cheap to play and the caddies are very friendly.

Let's just hope that there's still one available for us to buy once we're ready to move.
