Hello Everyone! Shh! Don't tell anyone, but I went blank during one of our movements, and you know what, it felt great. That's means I was allowing myself to really GO with the Slow Flow. Doing so allows yourself the opportunity to me in the moment and to create more strength, flexibility, stability and mobility. Also the battery in my mic died. So I had to get rid of the mic and speak louder. Its towards the end, so again, GO with the Slow Flow!! Grab a chair, 2 blocks, yoga strap, and a blanket. Thank you for joining, Alana As with all yoga practices, make sure to move at your own pace, follow your breath, and only move to your comfort. If something doesn't feel right, don't do it. Yoga is not about working at 100%; however, do move without pain and between 60-70% of effort.
