Rahul Gandhi Makes His Comeback As Lok Sabha MP, Likely To Talk About Manipur Crisis Today

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi's parliamentary membership was restored on Monday, days after the Supreme Court put on hold his conviction in a 2019 defamation case over his 'Modi surname' remarks. A notification from the Lok Sabha secretariat read that Rahul Gandhi's disqualification as a Lok Sabha member stood revoked. Rahul Gandhi reached Parliament on Monday after his membership was restored. He received a grand welcome from several Opposition MPs while he entered the premises. The Gandhi scion offered his prayers in front of the statue of Mahatma Gandhi.
