Snail curry has always been one of the favourite curries among all the other Manipuri dishes.
Here, we tried  two different ways of making it. First, THAROI NGOUBA - frying of the snail with the spices and herbs. And, most of you will find the Second way - The THAROI ERONBA, surprising but please do not hesitate to try both, and experience the beautiful aroma filled in it.
