Ingredients
2 tbsp butter
1 large onion
2 gloves garlic
2 breast chicken
1 tbsp mixed spices
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 medium blend tomato
2 tbsp tomato paste
1large capsicum

Macaroni
water
salt
oil

white sauce:
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1/2 cup fresh milk
mozzarella and cheddar cheese
