9:23  Day 8  Hike from Lobuche to Gorakshep and Everest Base Camp, back to Gorakshep (11 km, 5364 m.elevation)

16:08  Day 10  Hike from Pheriche to Phortse   (13 km, 3810 m. elevation)

20:05  Day 12  Hike from Monjo to Lukla  (13 km, 2810 m. elevation)
Flight from Lukla to Kathmandu the following day
