This is XTURISMO, and is bringing science-fiction into reality. This Japanese flying vehicle lets you feel like living in a Star-Wars movie. This feeling is very important for this company to push humanity beyond its limits.
To understand this mind-blowing piece of engineering, let's discuss a little bit the history behind it. This project was born at Japan's most prestigious university, Tokyo University, with a small start-up A.L.I Technologies in 2016. After a name change, Aerwins Technology is now leading this project.
To reduce all kinds of accidents, the Aerwin Technology is working very hard on hardware and software integration just like on an iPhone. At the same time, they are bringing an advance infrastructure design into reality to maximise its efficiency.
And it's a rare thing that companies are focusing on both product, as well as infrastructure.
The most interesting thing about this revolutionary flying bike is that it has already been on sale for a long time in Japan. However, it was recently debuted in the US market too.

It uses 2 giant rotors at the centre that is being powered by 228 horsepower engine from Kawasaki-motorcycles. You can also see 4 small electric rotors that helps to stablize this flying bike pretty well during flight hours.
The basic thing about this bike is that it weighs 660 pounds or 300 kilograms, powered by internal combustion engine and a battery technology, due to which it can handle a payload of 220 pounds without any problems.
In Japan, 2023 is going to be a very important year for companies that are making flying vehicles for urban mobility. In 2023, Japan is going to define clear legislation for these expensive flying toys.
Just like Tesla's business model, Aerwin Technologies will produce premium flying EVS for effluent and wealthy clients. After getting financial success, the manufacturers have intentions to produce cheaper and more affordable versions of this flying beast, so that they can sell it to the masses!
The premium X-TURISMO will probably cost between $300k and $500k. On the other hand, its affordable models will cost between 50K dollars to 120k dollars in the future, that will give you the maximum speed of 124 mph or 200 kmph. Right now it can fly for 30 to 40 minutes and it can go as far as 25 miles or 40 Kilometres.
