This is the Maono AU A04T Desktop USB Microphone Set! A proper proffesional looking podcast microphone kit!
This microphone is AMAZING! It has such amazing sound quality for a mic of this price!
In the box, you get the high quality microphone, a solid weighted metal base, height adjustable mic arm, a mic holder, adjustable pop filter and a wind shield....oh, and a 2.5 metre USB A to USB B cable (and some intstructions on how to assemble the base etc).
I use the free program Audacity to record my voiceovers and the results are excellent! Listening to my recordings through an amp and a pair of Mission speakers, sounds like im listening to myself in person.
The mic has a high grade audio chip inside, recording up to 192khz/24bit. I export my recordings from Audacity to 320kbps mp3 and they are perfect.
What can you use this microphone for? It's absolutely perfect for podcasts, looks like the more expensive ones you see on YouTube videos! Voiceovers, again perfect for the job! Gaming, yes, as long as you dont mind mic right in front of you.
