The NanoMOKE®3 is a high-sensitivity
The NanoMOKE®3 is a high-sensitivity magneto-optical Kerr effect (MOKE) magnetometer for the characterization of magnetic thin films and structured samples. It combines two systems in one: it is a magnetometer for the fast acquisition of hysteresis loops, and a Kerr microscope for the imaging of magnetic domains. This webinar covers a few of the possible applications of the system and explores the measurement of patterned nanostructures, for the characterization of the magnetic reversal behaviour of antiferromagnetically coupled magnetic structures, with possible applications in non-volatile magnetic memory.
