Downloading OpenFoam on Mac

EDIT: 9/26/23
It seems that this process doesn't work for v10 and v11 of openfoam once you get to "Step 6: launching openfoam" and enter the
openfoam10-macos -p' or 'openfoam11-macos -p' script.
I am working on figuring out what's going wrong.
