-  360ml Water, 180ml Soy sauce, 90ml Apple vinegar, 60ml Plum extract, 1 Sugar

▫ How to make
1. Cut the onion into cubes.
2. Cut chungyang red pepper at intervals of 1~2cm.
3. Stir water, soy sauce, apple vinegar, plum extract, and sugar in a container.
4. Put onions and peppers in a container.
5. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
