If you have refractive errors, meaning if you have weak eyesight for which you need glasses, you should know how often you need to wear glasses.
Most of the people wear glasses regularly. But there are others, who have spectacle powers, but do not use glasses regularly. They hesitate to use glasses.
There may be reasons for doing so.
But whatever is the cause, if someone needs spectacle and does not use regularly, there may be some problems. There can be problems related to his /her eye and vision.
What types of problems can occur depends upon your age, and profession.
All these have been discussed in this video.
