दिल्ली यूनिवर्सिटी में 14 साल तक ठेके पर पढ़ाने के बाद डॉ. लक्ष्मण यादव स्थायी किए जाने के योग्य नहीं माने गए. ये दरअसल भारतीय यूनिवर्सिटी सिस्टम की एक बड़ी समस्या है कि अक्सर शिक्षक पद स्थायी तौर पर नहीं भरे जाते, लेकिन ये एकमात्र समस्या नहीं है. न उनकी उम्मीद खत्म हुई है. शिक्षक के तौर पर अपने वर्षों को लक्ष्मण यादव ने एक किताब के रूप में समेटा है, जो हिंदी की हाल के वर्षों की सबसे ज्यादा बिकने वाली किताब बनने जा रही है. सुनिए वरिष्ठ पत्रकार दिलीप मंडल की लेखक से खास बातचीत.
