Ingredients:
Meringue (meringue):
Egg whites - 3 pcs. (100 g)
Salt - 1 pinch
Sugar - 100 g.
Corn starch - 10 g.
Powdered Sugar - 100 g
Citrus juice (lemon, lime) - 1/2 tsp
Cream:
Mascarpone Cream Cheese - 250 g
Confectionery cream 26% (sweet) - 100 g.
Filling:
Strawberries (or other berries) - 150 g.
