How to install a Nvidia 980 TI into an HP Z440 Workstation - Newsmakers Studio

Recently we purchased several Nvidia 980 TI video cards for our HP z440 workstations.  When beginning the install, we realized we had a problem.  Checking YouTube we found a video that pointed us in the right direction on a solution, however we could not understand what the person was saying in the video.
