This video is confusing so let me explain for you guys Basically William DOESNT regret killing the missing kids, but to not get sent back to hell he has to pretend he regrets it and feels bad but really he enjoyed killing them and would do it again. The only reason he killed them is to test his theory of seeing if people could be “immortal” and it worked, the reason behind it is his mother was killed by his father at a young age so he was afraid of loosing anyone else.
