An open-shirted, freewheeling Tracy Morgan riffs on life, who he thinks his "peeps" are in Chicago, and impersonates a pregnant woman.  The actor/comedian generally cracks up the WGN morning news team of Dean Richards, Larry Potash, and Robin Baumgartner.
