Gluten free sponge cake
Ingredients :
- 4 eggs
- 1 spoon of vinegar or lime juice
- 120 gr sugar
- 70 gr rice flour
- 25 gr cornstarch
- A bit salt
- 25 ml cooking oil
- 1 spoon vanilla extract
- 30 ml milk
- Almond flakes (optional)
Info : The temperature in every oven is different so please find out about your oven.
Cake tin size 20cm

Glutenvrije spongecake
Ingredienten :
- 4 eieren
- 1 lepel azijn of limoensap
- 120 gr suiker
- 70 gr rijstmeel
- 25 gr maiszetmeel
- Een beetje zout
- 25 ml kookolie
- 1 lepel vanille extract
- 30 ml melk
- Amandelschilfers (optioneel)
Info : De temperatuur voor elke oven is anders dus jullie moeten een beetje opletten
Bakvorm diameter 20cm

Sponge cake gluten free (tanpa tepung terigu)
Bahan-bahan :
- 4 butir telur
- 1 sendok cuka atau perasan jeruk nipis

- 25 ml minyak goreng
- 1 sendok vanilla ekstrak
- 30 ml susu cair
- Irisan kacang almond (optional)
Info : Suhu pada tiap oven berbeda jadi harap perhatikan dan sesuaikan dengan oven kalian.
