100th Platinum Solo with Commentary - Human Guardian Platinum Solo on Firebase Aqua

Please enjoy my 100th-posted Platinum solo in Mass Effect Andromeda multiplayer! It is my first on Firebase Aqua with a non-Juggernaut, non-cloaker character. I decided to use the Human Guardian, as he is one of my favorite characters to solo with. I chose the PAW Siphon X and the Inferno Siphon X with Incendiary ammo to deal with a Behemoth Boss and the Behemoths and Blaze Hydras on Wave 5.

I don’t like Firebase Aqua for solos. The map is very long. Device positions are terrible, especially when they are bunched up next to each other. You have little time to kite the enemies away from the device and even less time to return to the device to disarm it. And even Retrieval can be difficult when enemies can snipe you from across the map. I failed numerous times attempting this solo with a Wave 6 Hack or Upload. Boss can also be difficult on Wave 6 if the Boss Behemoth decides to chase you with his Behemoth buddy and Berserker friends in tow. Fortunately, I got Retrieval, the easiest of all Mass Effect Andromeda Multiplayer objectives.

This might even have been a deathless solo, but an Anointed jump scared and downed me with his Soned at the end of Wave 3. That’s okay. As long as I finish the solo, I am happy. I’m not much of a speed-runner, as I prefer positioning myself in tactically advantageous positions throughout the map.

This leaves two more maps where I have yet to do a non-cloaker, non-Juggernaut solo. Firebase Derelict and the dreaded Firebase Nimbus.
