For the Nutella Cream Frosting:
1/2 cup (55g) Cornstarch
3 Tbsp (17g) Unsweetened cocoa powder, sifted
2 1/3 cups (560g) Milk
1 cup (200g) Granulated sugar
1 cup (226g) Unsalted butter at room temperature
1 cup (300g) Nutella at room temperature
For the Milk Chocolate Drip:
1/2 cup (75g) Milk chocolate, chopped or chips
About 1 1/2 Tbsp Milk at room temperature
