How to Bleed fuel system on a 6.4l powerstroke! (Headphone warning)

2008 Ford F250 Super Duty 6.4l powerstroke ran out of fuel on highway!  Sucks on side of the road but I'll teach you how to purge air from fuel system.  Ran out of fuel and or if you service fuel filters or another part of the system and get air, this will help.
