Kingsmill Intercollegiate Invitational played at
Kingsmill Intercollegiate Invitational played at Kingsmill Resort on the River Course, located at Williamsburg, Virginia. 24 Colleges, including the Drexel Dragons, were represented by 120 players playing a 3 round tournament.
The River Course plays from 6831 yards and normally is a par 71 track.
The tournament was played in cold (45 degrees) and windy (25 mph the first 2 days) weather, with the third day bringing rain on the back nine.
The back nine of the course was the first nine for the first round. Was 1 over par after 6 holes when the wheels came off and limped in with a 41. Fortunately, things turned around on the front nine, which will be posted shortly.
