I love Milky France. A bakery in Hiroshima prefecture sandwiched milk cream on a baguette of French bread. When eating with bakery the outer skin is crispy. However, when you buy it at a convenience store it is in a plastic bag. The plastic bags confine the moisture of the bread and let the crispy be lost. However, convenience store companies are challenging the difficult problem. I studied Milky France of each company.
