GALLIUM-TIPPED Bullet "Nerd-Assassin Round"

What happens if you fill the tip of a bullet with gallium?  
Since so many people ask us to shoot mercury out of a gun,   we went the "sane"  route and used gallium metal instead.   What will it do?
