The US is likely to announce that it will supply the National Advanced Surface-to-Air Missile System (NASAMS) to Ukraine. The Ukrainian president has repeatedly urged its Western partners like the US and Norway to provide NASAMS. Ukraine has even considered buying the system in the past to overhaul the country’s surface-to-air missile inventory.
