On Thursday, April 25, 2024, the Denver Department of Excise and Licenses hosted its second Natural Medicine Work Group meeting. The meeting included a refresher on state and local regulatory roles; an overview of draft facilitator rules and federally recognized American Tribes and Indigenous Community Working Group; a recap of themes from the first meeting; a road map for future meetings; a discussion on equitable implementation; and a discussion on participant safety and accessibility.
