A Swiss tasting Chechen cuisine

Main chechen dishes: B'aar galnash - a Chechen dish consisting of a sheep's or calf's offal mixed with suet, rice, and seasoning and boiled in a bag, traditionally one made from the animal's stomach. Very similar to Scottish dish haggis. Chepalgash - a flatbread stuffed with cottage cheese.  Khingalsh - a flatbread stuffed with mashed pumpkin.
