If you have static footage you probably won't notice the difference. But with the fast-moving object, the difference is obvious, especially when you start to color grading the footage. The moving object starts to falling apart and you will notice artifact (pixelation). This effect is only visible when you have a moving object in your footage or if your camera movement is fast.
