Ginger garlic - 2 to 3 tbsp
Onion - 3 medium sized
Tomato- 3 medium sized
Orange/mosambi- 1 without seeds
Green chilli- 3 to 4
Coriander leaves
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder-2 tsp(change quantity as per individual taste)
Coriander powder-2+1/2 tbsp
Chilli powder-2tbsp(as per individual taste)
Garam masala- 2 tsp
