My Eat You Healthy Bread is completely grain-free.
I don't use flour or oatmeal.
Instead, tiger nut flour is used (this is the tuber of an African type of grass) and whole-grain buckwheat flour (again, don't be irritated, buckwheat is a knotweed plant and not a grain).
In addition to chia, it is ideal for binding.

The nice thing is that you don't need a food processor or mixer here either. It is a bread without kneading that is simply stirred briefly with a spoon or by hand.

It is baked at 190 degrees upper lower heat for 70 minutes, 60 minutes at 190 degrees, then turn off the oven and leave it in the oven for another 10 minutes.

Ingredients:
130 g sunflower seeds
70 g of crushed gold linseed
30 g gold linseed
70 g pumpkin seeds
60 g chopped hazelnuts (optional)
50 g pine nuts (or similar)
30 g chia seeds
20 g psyllium husks (not whole psyllium seeds !!)
20 g sesame seeds
50 g wholemeal buckwheat flour (available in the drugstore)
40 g tiger nut flour (available in the drugstore)
1 -1.5 teaspoons of salt
3 tbsp oil (tasteless)
1 teaspoon agave syrup (optional)
300 ml of lukewarm water
