After exactly 1,532,742 comments were posted on my previous video explaining to me that Chara isn't evil, I felt compelled to make another video that showed I didn't really think she was. That isn't this video, it was another one. Anyhow, this time I'll try and answer the question as to just what Chara is exactly, and whether they're good or evil. The answer may surprise you! Or maybe you'll just click off halfway through.
