thinkorswim Scanner Setup to Find BREAKOUT STOCKS Before It's Too Late

******IMPORTANT UPDATE******
As others have pointed out, there is an ERROR in this video. The "Vol index" (Volatility Index) used in the scan is different from the "TradeVolumeIndex" used on the chart. While these are indeed different, the scan itself as built in the video is still a good scanner to identify breakout stocks because "Vol index" represents volatility, and a large jump in volatility is often accompanied by further volatility (i.e. if a stock spikes up there is a probability of continuation of that trend). Please forgive me... Everybody makes mistakes and we are all still learning everyday :)

The goal of this video is to create a thinkorswim scanner setup that can help us identify changes in a stock's price and volume that may help us predict massive short-term price swings, such as what was seen with GME and AMC.
