Watch out X-Factor contestants — Demi Lovato has plans to be a tougher judge during this season of X-Factor! How much tougher can the girl get!?

So it seems like our girl Dems may be taking pointers from her pal Simon Cowell. In a recent interview with MTV News, she says she's deifnitely changed her judging techniques — for the harsher!
