The Timex IronMan watch has four screws on the back that holds the back in place, so you need to unscrew those four screws and then remove the back from the watch, and you will see the battery. On the Timex IronMan watch the battery is held in place by a metal band that is secured by a screw. This makes the Timex IronMan watch very sturdy and impact resistant. Unscrew the screw that holds the battery in, and then remove the battery strap. Next, put the new battery in with the side that has the writing on it facing you, and then make sure that the rubber gasket is in place around the back of the watch because the Timex Iron Man watch is waterproof.
