I had 2 situations that happened with the same department, same day, and within a short time of each other.
Two situations: First at the FL Dept of Health, second at the Clay County Utility Authority.
At both locations, I went in to do a 1st Amendment Audit. Both times I walked in, recorded the lobby and the employees, walked outside and around the facility recording what I could see from public, and then the employees called the sheriffs to soothe their feelings.
BUT - The pair of deputies handled the situation totally differently!
