Super leckeres Wurzelbrot ohne Kneten, schnell und lecker selber backen #22

They won't buy white bread again after trying this bread!
Super easy to make and so incredibly delicious!

you need
700g wheat flour (24.7 oz.)
560ml lukewarm water (18.94 fl.oz)
1 bag of dry yeast (7g/0.24oz.) or 20g (0.7 oz.) of fresh yeast
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp salt (14g/ 0.49oz)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon vinegar

Walking time 2 hours


Bake: Top under heat 225 degrees (437F )30 minutes
