There are various ways to prove that resistors obey Ohm's law (V=IR). Ohm's law says that voltage across a component is proportional to the current going through it, provided that the component's resistance is kept constant.

To carry out an experiment to prove Ohm's law for a resistor, you need an ammeter to measure current and a voltmeter to measure voltage.

You need a power source that allows you to vary voltage, or you can use a variable resistor in the circuit.

Plotting a graph of current versus voltage should give you a straight line through the origin. This shows that voltage and current are proportional... obeying Ohm's law.
