My son's punishment for not doing chores ( value of respect and following directions )

As much as us as parents hate to punish our kids if you don't they won't learn true values of life ..... This punishment is something I started doing becuse all my kids are in sports and this is a "so called punishment but also teaches them the value of respect and following directions " ...........
