To change username right click
To change username right click on start button and choose control panel. Change view to category and hit change account type, choose user you want to change name, click change the account name, type new user name and confirm.
To change name of user profile folder open File explorer. Go to users folder, it is located in C:/User unless you have change this location before. Right click on user folder, choose rename, and type new folder name.
Next open Registry editor by right click on start button, run, and type regedit.
Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList
Find profile you want to change name, click righr mouse button on ProfileImagePath, then modify, in value date type new profile name and confirm. Close editor and restart system.
