SEQCROW adds several tools to ChimeraX to facilitate building and editing small molecules. Perhaps the best for building small molecules is a 2D to 3D conversion tool. Another easy-to-use tool can generate all unique coordination complexes for some enumerated ligands. SEQCROW also has a basic Z-matrix building tool, which is useful when exact symmetry is required. Finally, there is also a tool for changing elements and swapping out/attaching various types of molecular fragments.
